Batman Arkham Knight - "The Batman" Inspired Lighting, FX,& Textures

Back doing lighting and FX. This time I wanted to create my own setting within Arkham Knight that was heavily inspired by Matt Reeve's The Batman film and it's respective concept art. I recently got the art book for the film and it inspired me to do this work. For reference, I've attached a few pieces of concept art from the book: The Art of The Batman. Reeve's Gotham has a very murky, dirty, foggy and neon setting. I've also significantly upscaled the textures.
